§ 05. FASTURL Tax

Between you and FASTURL, FASTURL is not responsible for all taxes (if any) associated with transactions between FASTURL and you. You are responsible for all taxes (if any) associated with the Services, other than taxes based on FASTURL net income.

§ 06. FASTURL Payment

§ 14. FASTURL Dispute

Should a dispute of any kind arise, we want to resolve your issue as soon as possible so we would like you to contact our Customer Service ([email protected]) within 21 working days. If we are unable to resolve any dispute with you, we may agree to resolve the dispute using a formal procedure. All claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and will be litigated exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom, and you and FASTURL consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts. With all the deadlines regarding legal proceedings against us that are not regulated by law, the application has a period of one year from when the dispute arose.

§ 15. Changes To Our Services And Changes To The FASTURL Agreement
